Sizing

How do I choose my size?
Each listing shows the size on the label. Labels differ between brands and decades, so we are happy to send measurements for any piece before you order. Compare them with a similar item you already own.

Condition

Are the clothes new?
No. Everything we sell is pre-loved. Each piece is checked before listing, and any visible wear is shown in the photos or noted in the description.

Are the clothes washed?
If you have questions about how a piece has been prepared, message us before ordering. We recommend washing any second-hand garment before you wear it, following its care label.

Stock

Can I reserve a piece?
Most pieces are single items and sell on a first-come basis. The quickest way to secure one is to complete checkout.

Will you restock an item?
Thrift stock is one-off, so a sold piece will not come back. New pieces are added to Just in regularly.
